My name is Jack Nowak and I was born and raised in San Diego, California, USA. I found my passion for fitness shortly after graduating from High School/12th year. I was extremely active in my younger years, participating in a wide variety of athletics, year-round. After completing High School, I chose to leave sports behind to focus on my collegiate academies. I attended the University of California San Diego, where I studied Physiology and Neuroscience. At this time, not only did I miss athletics, but I also needed an income, being the young broke college student that I was. Long story short, I pursued and received my ACE Personal & Group Training Certification, to then ultimately begin my first group instructor position, as well as maintain a small group of personal training clientele, and this is where my passion for fitness truly began
